These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website help-press.com (the "site"). The site is published by ÉDITIONS AU SECOURS LTD, doing business in the United States as Help! Press. Full publisher details are in the Legal Notice.

By using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What the site offers

The site presents the books of Help! Press, publishes free guides for families caring for an aging parent, hosts companion pages for the games printed in the books (reached through the QR codes), and lets you sign up to be told by email when a book comes out.

Nothing is sold on the site. No order is taken and no payment is processed here.

2. Buying the books

Help! Press books are sold on Amazon.com. When you buy one, the contract is between you and Amazon or the seller shown on Amazon. Their terms, prices, shipping times and return policy apply. ÉDITIONS AU SECOURS LTD is not a party to that sale. Questions about an order, a delivery or a refund go to Amazon.

3. Email updates

If you enter your email address to hear about a new book, you receive a free information service. You can unsubscribe at any time, with the link in every email or through the contact form. How your email address is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Contact form and error reports

The contact form and the "report a problem" link on the game pages are for questions and corrections. They are not a way to place an order or enter into a contract.

5. Who may use the site

The site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not send any personal information through it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you may not:

• disrupt or overload the site, or try to get around its security;
• copy its content in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, except as allowed in section 7;
• send content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading through the contact form or the error reports.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, guides, game pages, book covers, logos, images, videos) belongs to ÉDITIONS AU SECOURS LTD or is used with permission. You may read it, print a page for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share a link to it. Any other copy, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires prior written permission.

ÉDITIONS AU SECOURS LTD does not authorize the use of the site's content for text and data mining or for training artificial intelligence systems.

8. Nature of the content

The guides and books offer general information. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and they do not replace the advice of a qualified professional who knows your situation. In an emergency, call 911.

9. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, including Amazon.com and YouTube. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and Help! Press is not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimer

The site is provided free of charge and "as is". Help! Press takes care to keep it accurate and available, but, to the extent permitted by law, does not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ÉDITIONS AU SECOURS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this free site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day of your visit, with its effective date shown at the top.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, where ÉDITIONS AU SECOURS LTD is established. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live.
